Service Description
More than just exercising for your health, functional exercises deal with any necessary movement to safely perform your daily actives and are tied to your level of: flexibility, balance, muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance to allow you to stay independent longer. Functional training becomes an essential aspect of your daily life like getting out of bed, getting up and down from the toilet or lifting groceries out of your car. Functional exercises becomes important as you age. This 1 hour session includes: • custom workout plans with each session created towards your specific needs and goals • fascia treatment • education when performing each movement • accountability and a result orientated program, plus • nutritional counseling *Please book a 30 minute complimentary initial assessment before starting this program
